Your customers already have your number. Give them someone to talk to.

An Assistant that answers from your own Knowledge — a booking, a fee balance, a permit question — on the Channels your customers already use, and hands the conversation to your team the moment it should.

Do you have a water villa free from 14 to 17 October? Two adults.

  2. check_availability ran in 340 ms and found one free villa

Yes — a Sunset Water Villa is free for those three nights, at USD 620 a night, breakfast included. That comes to USD 1,860. Shall I hold it for you?

It answers from what you give it

Files, a website, an API, a webhook, or typed in by hand.

Upload a rate sheet, point it at your website, connect the API your booking system already exposes, or type answers in yourself. Spreadsheets become Datasets the Assistant can search and filter; documents become passages it can quote. It answers in the language the customer wrote in, and when your Knowledge does not cover something it says so instead of inventing a price.

Every question it could not answer is collected, grouped, and waiting for you with an “Add answer” button.

And then it does the thing

Nothing with a consequence happens without a yes.

A Tool is a call into a system you already run: check availability, place an order, open a ticket, look up a fee balance. Anything with a real-world consequence is proposed first and executed only after the customer agrees — and the agreement is bound to the exact details that were quoted, so “yes, but make it 8 PM” starts a new proposal rather than booking the wrong table.

If your system accepts a request and the reply is lost on the way back, nobody gets charged twice: that outcome is recorded as unconfirmed, reconciled against your own records where you have given us a way to look it up, and otherwise handed to a person with an honest message.

When it should not answer, a person does

Handoff, Inbox, and back again.

Low confidence, an angry customer, a safety flag, or someone simply asking for a human — the conversation moves to your Inbox with the full history, a summary, and a suggested reply. Your team answers from a phone or a desk, and hands it back to the Assistant with a note it reads before it resumes.

Dhivehi and English. Prices in rufiyaa.

The Assistant replies in the language the customer wrote in. Your console, your website widget and your Assistant all speak Dhivehi and English, with Thaana set properly rather than squeezed into a Latin line. Government workspaces run on a stricter processing policy, with a narrower set of model providers and personal data redacted from stored transcripts by default.

Four starter kits

A persona, Datasets, Tools and Automations, already set up.

Pick the kit closest to your work and the Assistant starts with a sensible persona, the Dataset shapes you will need, the Tools those Datasets imply, and the Automations that go with them. Change anything; none of it is locked.

  • Resorts and guesthouses

Guests ask about availability, rates, transfers and excursions at every hour, in several languages, and mostly before they have booked anything.

  • Retail, food and services

People ask what you have, what it costs, whether it is in stock, and then want to order it without leaving the conversation.

  • Government

Citizens ask which document they need, what it costs, how long it takes, and where their case has got to. The answer has to be right, in Dhivehi, and it must not speculate.

  • Schools

Parents ask about admissions, fees, timetables and closures, usually at 7 in the morning, and usually on WhatsApp.
